1. No Guarantee of Collaboration

IMPORTANT: PurelyEthnic makes NO GUARANTEE that participating in the voting process or receiving any number of votes will result in:

• Selection for any collaboration, photoshoot, or partnership
• Receipt of free products, clothing, or accessories
• Monetary compensation or payment of any kind
• Brand ambassador status or long-term relationship
• Response or acknowledgment from PurelyEthnic team
• Any rewards, prizes, or benefits whatsoever

Vote counts are only ONE factor among many in our selection process. Final decisions are made at PurelyEthnic's sole and absolute discretion based on business needs, brand fit, content quality, and various other criteria.

2. Selection Process Disclaimer

2.1 Discretionary Selection: PurelyEthnic reserves the absolute right to select or reject any influencer for any reason or no reason at all. Selection criteria may include but are not limited to:

• Vote count (as one of many factors, not the only factor)
• Instagram profile quality, engagement rate, and follower authenticity
• Content style, aesthetic alignment with brand values
• Professional conduct and communication
• Geographic location and logistical considerations
• Current business capacity and collaboration openings
• Legal and age requirements compliance

2.2 No Obligation to Select: PurelyEthnic is under NO obligation to select any minimum or maximum number of influencers, regardless of vote counts achieved. We may select zero influencers if suitable candidates are not found.

2.3 Timeline Variability: Review timelines are approximate and not guaranteed. We may review profiles immediately, weeks later, or not at all. No timeline commitments are made.

3. Types of Collaboration

3.1 Barter vs Paid: PurelyEthnic offers both barter collaborations (product exchange) and paid collaborations (monetary compensation). The type offered depends entirely on our business decisions and cannot be demanded or negotiated by participants.

3.2 No Minimum Compensation: For paid collaborations, there is no minimum payment amount guaranteed. Compensation is determined case-by-case based on multiple factors.

3.3 Product Value Variability: For barter collaborations, the value, quantity, and type of products provided may vary. No specific product value or selection is guaranteed.

4. Platform Accuracy & Availability

4.1 "As Is" Platform: The voting platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of vote counts at all times
• Security from unauthorized access or data breaches
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Preservation of data in case of technical issues

4.2 Technical Issues: We are not liable for lost votes, data loss, or missed opportunities due to technical problems, server downtime, or platform errors.

5. User Responsibility

5.1 Vote Generation: You are solely responsible for promoting your voting link and generating votes. PurelyEthnic does not provide marketing support or vote generation assistance.

5.2 Compliance: You must ensure your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, platform policies (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), and our Terms & Conditions.

5.3 Misrepresentation Liability: You must NOT misrepresent the voting process, make false promises of guaranteed rewards, or mislead voters. You are liable for any misrepresentation you make.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurelyEthnic shall NOT be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost time, effort, or expenses in participating
• Emotional distress or disappointment from non-selection
• Loss of potential income or opportunities
• Issues arising from sharing voting links on social media
• Actions of voters or third parties
• Data breaches, security incidents, or unauthorized access

Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to INR 1,000 (One Thousand Rupees).

7. Third-Party Platforms

7.1 Instagram & Social Media: We are not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, or any social media platform. Sharing your voting link on these platforms is your choice and responsibility.

7.2 Platform Policies: You must comply with all policies of platforms where you share your link. We are not responsible if your account is suspended or penalized by these platforms.

7.3 External Links: Any external links on our platform are provided for convenience. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for their content.

8. Fraudulent Activity

8.1 Zero Tolerance: We have zero tolerance for vote manipulation, bot usage, fake accounts, or any fraudulent activity. Detection of such activity results in immediate and permanent disqualification.

8.2 No Refunds: Since participation is free, there are no refunds for time or effort spent. Disqualified users have no recourse or compensation.

9. Mandatory Completion

IF you are selected for a collaboration and accept the offer:

• You MUST complete all assigned tasks within the specified deadline
• You MUST deliver content meeting PurelyEthnic's quality standards
• Failure to complete may result in product return requirements, legal action, and permanent ban
• You are responsible for any damages caused by your failure to fulfill obligations

10. Modification & Termination

10.1 Right to Modify: PurelyEthnic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the voting platform at any time without notice or liability.

10.2 Account Termination: We may terminate any account at our discretion. Upon termination, all votes and potential selection opportunities are forfeited with no compensation.

11. Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by Indian law. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
